The Airbus A330 D-AXGG Edition – a piece of aviation history for your collection

After the great success of our first two Eurowings editions, Aviationtag is now launching another exclusive version: The Aviationtag Edition from the Airbus A330-200 D-AXGG. This aircraft with MSN 504 began its service with Volare Airlines in 2002. It subsequently operated with Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, and SunExpress before joining the Eurowings fleet in 2017.

In 2020, the jet was finally parked in Munich (MUC) and completely recycled in 2023. From the original aircraft skin, we have now produced high-quality Aviationtags – each piece a unique item made from real aircraft material.

These limited collector's items are more than just keychains or luggage tags: They tell the story of a real long-haul jet that connects many airlines, countries, and stories.

Order now and secure a piece of real aviation history!

The grey paint was not part of the original aircraft livery design, but was used in Munich by the MRO company during scrapping to paint over the registration of the aircraft. Because the grey tags looked so great in the paint, we decided to sell them.

Manufacturer: Airbus

We send ours Aviationtags all over the world. You have the choice between Economy Class
Shipping as Warenpost with Deutsche Post or 1st Class shipping with DHL Express.

Note: Every Aviationtag is unique. Depending on the plane, tags may vary in terms of haptics, material thickness and colour. Small blemishes and part of the foil coming off bear witness to the plane’s long history and are an authentic reminder of its glory days over the clouds. Small scratches, flaky paint and imperfections are totally normal and give our Aviationtags their unique charm – the charm of a vintage product crafted from upcycled materials. These quirks are not the result of the production process, they simply reflect the state of the aircraft material we use when it was extracted.

If you want to use it as a key-chain or bag-tag we strongly suggest to use the Aviationtag protection cover.

Airbus A330: The Airbus A330 is a wide-bodied twin-engine aircraft produced by the European aircraft maker Airbus, designed as a medium or long-haul aircraft and developed to replace the A300-600R and to give the Boeing 767-300ER a run for its money.

The A330-300 entered service on January 16th 1994 after 420 test flights with more than 1,100 flight hours. The A330-300 is based on a longer A300 cabin with new wings, stabilisers and fly-by-wire systems.
